The Kansas Open Records Act (KORA) was enacted to provide the public access to public records of public entities. The City of Manhattan has an online Open Records Request portal to expedite requests for the public. Create an account, and submit your open request here. To expedite delivery of your request, be sure to be as specific as you can when completing your records request. Once you submit your records request, it will be forwarded to the appropriate records custodian(s) and/or department(s) who will facilitate your records request. The City act upon your request by responding to you within three business days.
